Buying a manufactured home can be a smooth process. We’ll be there every step of the way to ensure you feel prepared and informed. We understand that buying a manufactured home might be the biggest decision (and purchase) of your life, and we don’t take that lightly. The good new is that with site-built home prices and interest rates on the rise, the benefits to buying a manufactured home continue to add up.

Casa Park homes are located within well-maintained, safe, clean, manufactured home communities. The homes are permanently constructed on the lot, including all the finishing touches, like light fixtures, bath and kitchen hardware, and landscaping.

1. Find Your Home

Search for available homes in dozens of our communities on the West Coast, then schedule a home and community tour. Call us at 1-877-408-0801 or contact us via this online form to connect with a team member.

2. Make an Offer

Make an offer on the house and complete our community and finance applications, which include:

Employment status, income (two months of pay stubs and two months of bank statements), and previous year’s W2
Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), which is 100% refundable

3. Secure Your Financing

For a quicker close, we’re happy to recommend 21st Mortgage who are familiar with our process and can help it move swiftly and securely. Though, you are welcome to work with another mortgage lender of your choice.

4. Welcome Home

After the close of escrow, you’ll get the keys to your move-in-ready home! You’ll likely have met community staff at this point, but if not, we’ll be sure to introduce you.

5. Enjoy the Community

Your friendly neighbors and Monte Christo’s caring staff are ready to welcome you home! As a community member, you’ll pay a monthly space rent (much like an HOA) to support the maintenance and amenities of the community.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once I submit a community application for a home, how long does it take to be approved?

Our goal is to review your application within 24 hours. Sometimes the application might even be approved within a few hours. The timeline all depends on the buyer’s package and if it’s complete or not with the required documents.

How long does it take to be approved for financing?

We aim to have a buyer approved within 72 hours of submitting all the required completed documents for financing. If documents are incomplete or not submitted, the approval will be postponed.

Does the home include a warranty?

New homes include a 1-year limited warranty from the dealer.

Are the communities open to all ages, and are there 55+ communities?

Most Casa Park communities welcome all ages, though there are a handful of communities that are open to people 55 and older. Please inquire with your Casa Park sales representative if the park is 55+ or an all-ages community, or check out the community’s website for more details. Search a map of our communities here.
